These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of the Federal Republic of Germany. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany in connection with any dispute or claim involving I-I Group. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
